In the mid 90’s he worked under ATCQ producer Skeff Anselm, and learned the importance of production over just making beats. He then moved on to be a recording engineer at Horizon Music Studios in Connecticut. Through an exposure to every genre of music, he learned song structure and arrangement, as well as modern recording techniques with both Analog and Digital mediums. In 2007 Chadeo made the move from the northeast down to Houston, Texas, to get a fresh start. A whole new music scene, and another big city have revived the hunger to succeed, and brought forth another new approach to music. “I’ve always wanted to dive into the world of instrumental hip hop, and breaks ... I dove head first into the Hang Em’ High theme. It felt like it was begging for a heavy break, the way the organs were driving out over the mix. I like to also include other elements of Hip Hop in what I do, so I asked my friend Seme to lay down some subtle beat-box tracks for the break in the song. The result was magic. Seme is an amazing artist to work with, along with the whole BBE crew.”

German Manzen came up earlier in 2007 with the chunky Brazilian rhythms of his re:edit from Nat Adderly`s “Work Song” in a version by Honey Drippers & The Pegalo Singers, produced at studio “Manzenszimmer” and included on the B-Side of this limited 45-vinyl. Check out further activities of this young gifted DJ and producer from Wuerzburg/ Bavaria.
